Shipping Damage

In the case that artwork is damaged upon arrival:

Step 1- Take a photo of the damaged shipping packaging and the art and send it to [email protected], as these photos may be required for insurance investigation purposes.

Step 2 – Upon receiving proof of damage, you will be instructed to destroy the piece and send another picture of it destroyed.

Step 3  Once we have received the photo of the damaged print in its destroyed state, we will promptly ship you an identical product.

Each incident will be considered on a case by case basis.

Customer Damage

Art print, depending on the size, will be packaged in a protective industrial tube or stay-flat mailer for safe shipping.

Once you have received your order, the tube packaging should only be opened by your chosen professional framer.

Please be careful when unpacking your order. Michael Abraham is not responsible for damage occurring unpacking.

Refunds and Returns

If there is damage to your print upon delivery, please contact within 7 days from the time of delivery with photographs of any damage to packaging or print. Returns are not accepted after the 7-day cut-off.

Once an order is placed and payment is made, it is considered final. Amendments or cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, if you find the need for a change, feel free to reach out to me. If the print hasn’t been started, there might be a possibility of modification, though it cannot be guaranteed.

Dry Mounting and Foamcore Boards [Large Art Prints]

Foam board is a core of inert, CFC (chlorofluorocarbons) free, and acid-free polystyrene foam to which paper liners have been laminated on both sides.

It is feather-light, rigid, warp-resistant, and easy to cut. It is a lamination of foam and smooth surface, clay-coated, paper stock.

Your Michael Abraham Art print is laminated to the foam core surface by a dry mounting technique. This material does dent easily, so careful handling is required, and we recommend framing before showing it off!
